河北某矿石多金属综合回收浮选试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 矿石中主要金属矿物有方铅矿、闪锌矿和黄铁矿。脉石矿物主要是石英、碳酸盐、绢云母和少量的磷灰石。矿石中可回收的元素为铅、锌、金和银。采用优先选铅、锌硫混选、锌硫分离流程及适宜的药剂条件,在原矿品位铅1.92%、锌1.44%、金23.4g/t、银47.25g/t条件下,获得铅精矿品位61.50%、铅回收率89.69%,锌精矿品位45.20%、锌回收率80.36%,金精矿品位364g/t、金回收率40.16%,浮选金总回收率92.72%、银总回收率91.41%的较好指标。 The main metal mineral in a ores is galena,sphalerite and pyrite,main gangue mineral is quartz,carbonate,sericite and a little apatite.The recovering element in a ore is lead,zinc,gold and sillver.The flowsheet of floatating lead priority,mixing flotation of zinc and sulfur,separate of zinc and sulfur,feasible medicament condition is adopted.The better index of grade of lead concentrate being 61.50%,recovery being 89.69%,grade of zinc concentrate being 45.20%,recovery being 80.36,grade of gold concentrate being 364 g/t,recovery being 40.16%,total recovery of flotation of gold being 92.72,total recovery of flotation of sillver being 91.41% were got on the condition of crude grade were Pb 1.92%,Zn 1.44%,Au 23.4 g/t,Ag 47.25 g/t repectively.
