不良地层竖井工程变形分析与返修支护设计 被引量:5

摘要 根据某矿山不良围岩的主井工程变形破坏特征,分析了该工程变形破坏的主要影响因素,在此基础上,进行了不同支护方案的井筒变形分析和稳定性研究,提出了释放位移的让压支护施工工艺,并通过数值模拟,建立了不同支护条件井筒收敛变形和工程稳定性与支护参数的关系,明确了最大允许释放位移量。根据理论分析和数值模拟确定了主井返修支护方案,并进行返修试验段试验。返修主井工程的变形监测和强度计算结果表明:主井返修支护方案是比较合理和安全可靠的,并在主井的返修施工中得以采用。目前,主井返修施工已经全部完成,工程基本处于稳定状态。 The deformation characteristics of main shaft engineering with weak surrounding rock were analyzed,the major influencing factor of main shaft deformation was presented.And then,based on this,deformation analysis and stability of shaft with different support scheme were finished,the yield support with displacement-release was brought up,the relationship between convergence,safety factor as well as support parameters were established by means of numerical simulation,the maximum permitted displacement-release was defined.According to the theory analysis and numerical simulation,the repair scheme of main shaft was determined,and the repair test was also done.The results of deformation monitoring and strength calculating showed that the repair support scheme was reasonable and feasible,which was used in the actual construction.At present,repair of main shaft has been completed,the main shaft is in stable state.
