摘要
通过红外光谱分析环烷酸和氯代环烷酸体系两萃取体系负载稀土和铝有机相的微观结构和聚集状态、萃取剂配位能力以及极性基团的吸收频率和强度的变化,阐明萃取过程中由于氯代环烷酸铵盐转变为螯合型的稀土盐,氯代环烷酸铵盐的减少使大量水从有机相析出返回水相,从而实现破乳,避免环烷酸体系萃取过程中发生的乳化现象,显示出氯代环烷酸体系在中高浓度铝混合溶液中分离稀土和铝优于环烷酸体系。
The microstructure,aggregation state,coordination capacity and absorption frequency and intensity of the organic phase loaded rare earth and aluminum in naphthenic acid system and chloronaphthenic acid system are analyzed by infrared spectroscopy.The results show that the decrease of ammonium salts of chloronaphthenic acid with the product of chelating rare-earth salts can make water return aqueous phase from organic phase and the de-emulsification is achieved.So in the condition of mid or high aluminum concentration,the chloronaphthenic acid system has advantages compared with naphthenic acid system in separation of aluminum and rare earth because chloronaphthenic acid system can avoid the emulsion problem in the naphthenic acid system extraction.
