Constraints and Quantization Model for WTA in Air Defense System

为了系统研究和实现目标武器分配中约束条件的量化计算问题,依据编队防空体系目标武器分配的特点,总结和分析了一般静态情况下和动态情况下的编队防空体系目标武器分配约束条件,从目标因素和武器因素两个方面对能够影响目标武器分配结果的约束条件进行了分析和讨论,提出了基于MADM和AHP的约束条件量化层次结构以及量化模型.最终给出了目标武器分配约束条件量化方法,为防空导弹的射击指挥决策模型相关计算提供了思路.

In order to study and realize the quantization of constraints in WTA （weapon target assignment） problems, constraints of general static and dynamic WTA in fleet air defense system is analyzed according to its features. The constraints that influence the WTA results are discussed from aspects of tar- get factor and weapon factor, and the quantization architecture model of constraints based on MADM-AHP is given. A feasible method for WTA constraints quantization is given to study the WTA problem in anti- air missile fire command decision-making model.
