摘要
某超超临界660 MW机组发生循环水泵外筒体断裂脱落、陶瓷轴承损坏的事故,造成重大损失。通过对该循环水泵事故过程的参数分析,结合泵的运行特性,剖析了事故发生的原因,指出各种因素的影响,为电厂正确判断处理类似事故提供参考。
The serious damage accidents induced by the out shell and ceramic bearing fracture of circulating pump in 660 MW thermal power plant have lead to great losses.Combined with the actual operation characteristics,the main reason for the issue is analyzed in the paper,and the effect of associated different factors is also proposed to provide valuable reference for similar matters.
