摘要
天津国投津能发电有限公司1号炉是国内第一台利用阿尔斯通技术,上海锅炉厂生产的1 000 MW超超临界机组的变压直流煤粉炉,采用双切圆直流燃烧器、低NOx同轴燃烧系统,在降低炉膛出口烟温偏差方面具有独特的效果。重点介绍了锅炉燃烧系统及其特点、冷态动力场试验、炉膛烟气温度的测量,分析了炉内局部轻微挂焦的原因。
The No.1 boiler of Tianjin Energy Invest Ltd.is the first boiler in china which manufacture by Shanghai boiler manufacture Ltd..The technology is come from Alstom Ltd.(U.S.A).The 1 000 MW super-critical unit alter pressure boiler used double-circle direct-current burner and fired with pulverized coal.It use the LNCFS which has the particular effect in reduce variance of temperature in furnace outlet.The article emphasis introduce the burning system's characteristic,test cold dynamical field,measure the temperature of furnace and analyze the reason of light coke in part of boiler.
