摘要
目的探讨Beclin-1在儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病细胞的表达及与临床分型等特征之间的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法(streptavidin-perosidase,链霉素抗生物素-过氧化物酶连结法),检测Beclin-1在急性淋巴细胞白血病和正常人外周血白细胞的表达情况。结果 (1)Beclin-1在急性淋巴细胞白血病外周血和正常人外周血有核细胞的表达率分别为28.5%(6/21)和72.5%(29/40)。急性淋巴细胞白血病的表达明显低于正常人,两者有明显的差异(P<0.01)。(2)Beclin-1在男性患儿中的表达率为36.3%(4/11),在女性患儿的表达率为20%(2/10),两组之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(3)临床分型L1中Beclin-1的表达率为33.3%(4/12),在L2型中为11.1%(2/9),两者之间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Beclin-1在急性淋巴细胞白血病外周血有核细胞中的表达低于正常人外周血有核细胞。
Objective To explore the relationship of expression of Beclin-1 between acute lymphoblastic leukemia and clinical classification and other clinical signs.Methods To detect the expression instance of Beclin-1 in peripheral blood cells of acute lymphoblastic leukemia patients(experimental group) by immunohistochemical SPmethod(streptavidin-perosidase,Streptomycete avidin peroxidase method) and normal people(as control group).Results(1)The expression ratio of Beclin-1 in peripheral blood cells was 28.5%(6/21) in acute lymphoblastic leukemia patients and 72.5%(29/40) in normal people.The expression ratio of Beclin-1 in acute lymphoblastic leukemia patients was significantly lower than in normal people.And there were significant differences between them(P0.01).(2) The expression ratio of Beclin-1 was 36.3% (4/11) in the male patients and 20%(2/10) in the female patients,between which there was no significant difference(P 0.05).(3) The expression ratio of Beclin-1 was 33.3%(4/12) in L1 and 11.1%(2/9) in L2 in the clinical classification,between which there was no significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion The expression ratio of Beclin-1 in peripheral blood cells of patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia is lower than of normal people.
