预警干预在预防慢性心力衰竭伴水肿患者压疮中的应用

目的探讨预警干预在预防慢性心力衰竭伴水肿患者压疮的疗效。方法将196例慢性心力衰竭伴水肿患者随机分为实验组和对照组各98例,对照组给予常规压疮预防护理,实验组在此基础上给予预警干预,即实施预警评分、风险呈报、三级监控、健康教育及技术干预等。比较两组患者压疮发生率及严重程度。结果实验组患者发生压疮6例,发生率为6.12%,其中Ⅰ期5例、Ⅱ期1例,对照组患者发生压疮19例,发生率为19.39%,其中Ⅰ期3例、Ⅱ期7例、Ⅲ期9例,两组患者压疮发生率及分期比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论预警干预能有效降低慢性心力衰竭伴水肿患者压疮发生率及严重程度。

Objective To investigate the effect of preventive intervention procedures on the decubitus in patients with chronic heart failure and edema.Methods 196 patients with chronic heart failure and edema were divided into test group and control group randomly in equal number.The control group received routine nursing care while the test group were given preventive intervention procedures besides routine nursing care,including the prevention grading,reporting of risk,three-level monitoring,health education and technique intervention.The incidence and proportion of different stages of decubitus were compared between the two groups.Results There were 6 cases of decubitus in test group,5 in first stage and 1 in second stage.19 cases of decubitus occurred in control group,3 in the first stage,7 in the second stage and 9 in the third stage.The incidence and proportion of stages of decubitus were significantly different（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Preventive intervention procedure may effectively reduce the incidences and degree of decubitus in patients with chronic heart failure and edema.
