摘要
目的探讨黄芪对早产儿免疫功能的影响和护理措施。方法将60例早产儿采取随机双盲法分为对照组与治疗组,每组各30例。两组均加强体温护理、体位护理、喂养管理和给予发展性照顾与发育支持,治疗组早产儿在空腹时给予口服黄芪颗粒2g/次,每天2次;对照组早产儿给予温开水喂养,时间为7d。比较在治疗前、治疗后24h、48h和148h早产儿血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)水平、γ干扰素(IFN-γ)浓度和粪便分泌型免疫球蛋白A(SIgA)浓度的差异。结果随着治疗的进行,两组早产儿血清IL-2水平、IFN-γ浓度和粪便SIgA浓度均呈逐渐上升趋势,而治疗组优于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论在加强对早产儿体温护理、体位护理、喂养管理和给予发展性照顾与发育支持的同时,给予口服黄芪颗粒可以改善早产儿的免疫功能,从而提高早产儿的生活质量和社会适应能力。
Objective To investigate the effect of radix on immune function of preterm infants and the nursing strategy.Methods 60 preterm infants were equally randomized into two groups by double blind method:treatment group and control group.All infants were given body temperature nursing,body posture nursing,feeding management and development care and support.Besides,those in the treatment group were administered with radix granula 2g each time for seven days and those in the control group with warm boiled water for seven days.The two groups were compared in terms of IL-2 level,IFN-γ conscentration and SigA concentration in stools at hours 24,48 and 148.Result With treatment going on,IL-2 level,IFN-γ conscentration and SigA concentration in stools tended to increase,but the treatment group was better than the control(P〈0.05).Conclusion Besides body temperature nursing,body posture nursing,feeding management and development care and support,administration of radix granula may enhance the immune function and thus improve the life quality and social adaption of preterm infants.
