摘要
本文阐述了质量管理及控制在听障儿童康复教学改革中的重要意义,介绍了制度建设、定期巡视、教师培训与考核、家长满意度调查等质量管理方法,并对可能存在的问题进行了讨论。
In this paper, the authors introduces the significance of quality management and control measures in the educational reform for hearing-impaired children, discusses relative methods that can be used such as institution development, staff training and exam, questionnaire survey of parents' satisfaction and other imaginable problems.
