摘要
目的:观察情绪应激后大鼠颞下颌关节(temporomandibular joint,TMJ)盘内P物质(substance P,SP)的表达及微结构的变化,探讨情绪因素对TMJ的影响。方法:SD大鼠90只,随机分为3组。包括情绪应激组,对照组及足部电击组,每组30只。人为造成情绪应激的动物模型,分别在1周,3周,5周时取对照组和情绪应激组大鼠的颞下颌关节,在同一部位的切片,行SP免疫组化染色。光镜观察,图像分析,并与对照组进行比较。结果:颞下颌关节盘内能发现有明显的SP阳性神经纤维分布,主要分布在关节盘前、后带,且多分布在近盘边缘部,图像分析表明单视野中SP阳性纤维数与对照组差异显著(P<0.01);对照组与情绪应激组1周之间有显著性差异(P<0.05),和3周、5周之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:在大鼠情绪应激状态下TMJ的一系列病理性改变中,P物质可能参与了这种病理过程,但各实验组间的变化差异有所不同。
Objective: To observe the SP expression in the temporomandibular joints (TMJ) of the rats undergone emotional stress and discuss the relationship between emotional stress and temporomandibular joint disorder (TMD). Methods: 90 SD rats were averagely divided into 3 groups: experimental, electric foot-shock and control group. In the experimental group, the animal model of emotional stress was made.The TMJ pathology undergone emotional stress for l, 3 and 5 weeks was observed. The SP expression was examined with SABC immnocytochemistry and then analyzed by image analysis system. Results: Temporomandibular joint disc to be able to find a clear expression of SP nerve fibers, mainly in the articular disc before and after the band, and are located in the Department of Near the edge of plate, image analysis showed that the single field of vision in the number of SP-positive fibers between the control group significantly (P〈0.01), 0 week and between 1 week were significantly different (P〈0.05), and 3 weeks, 5 weeks no significant difference between. Conclusions: The SP energy nerve fibers have taken part in the TMJ pathological process undergone emotional stress.
