摘要
目的:优选Comfort-DA II型义齿粘附剂配方。方法:以粘结抗张强度值为评价标准,联用多重线性回归分析及正交设计法确定Comfort-DA II型义齿粘附剂的最佳配比。结果:聚氧化乙烯0.3125g、甲基纤维素1.250g、海藻酸钠0.5625g、羟乙基纤维素0.154g时,义齿粘附剂的粘结抗张强度值最高。结论:联用多重线性回归分析及正交设计法可有效地确定Comfort-DA II型义齿粘附剂的最佳配比。
Objective: Optimization of Comfort-DA II' s formula. Methods: Each factor of affecting tensile bond strength of Comfort-DA II was analyzed to select the best formula by combining multiple linear regression and orthogonal design. Results: When polyethylene oxide is 0.3125g, methyl cellulose is 1.250g, sodium alginate is 0.5625g, and hydroxyethyl cellulose is 0.154g, tensile bond strength of Comfort-DA II is at the best condition. Conclusion: The combination of multiple linear regression and orthogonal design is an effective methodology in the optimization of Comfort-DA II's formula.
