摘要
通过对TbxDy1- xFe195 合金从低温到室温的穆斯堡尔谱的测量,发现易磁化方向有明显的改变。在x = 027 时,发现在170KT 230K 时,易磁化方向为〔100〕,在T293K时,易磁化方向为〔111〕,在T = 293K 附近,发生了易磁化方向从〔100〕到〔111〕的转变。对x= 03 时,在77KT 230K,易磁化方向为〔100〕, T 230K 时,易磁化方向为〔111〕,转变温度在230K。这说明不同的x 。
By mssbauer effect,we study the Tb x Dy 1-x Fe 1.95 alloy from low temperature to room temperature and find that magnetizable direction has a remarkable change for x=0.27,the magnetizable direction is 〔100〕from 170K to 230K,it is 〔111〕 above 293K and the direction changes from 〔100〕to 〔111〕near 293K.For x=0.3,the magnetizable direction is 〔100〕from 77K to 230K,the direction is 〔111〕above 230K,the transition temperature is 230K.For different Tb/Dy,The transition temperature of the magnetizable direction is different due to different composition ratio of Tb to Dy.
