湿疹的免疫治疗

目的阐明恢复维持机体免疫功能可以根治过敏性疾病湿疹。方法用综合中西价廉效好的改善免疫功能治疗,要求同时多用几种,时间较长。不是抢救不用会降低免疫功能的糖皮激素。对全降低免疫功能的、常被漏诊的颈淋巴结核要同时进行抗结核治疗。要戒烟酒,免过度疲劳、情绪不好、创伤等免疫功能的因素。开始治疗时必要进要加用对症的临时有效的抗过敏药物。结果本文统计湿疹患者187例,年龄:最小4个月,最大72岁,病程:最少7d,最多53年,测致敏原73例,按阳性(+)多少依次有吸入组:螨,早春花粉,晚春花粉,霉菌2组,夏秋花粉,霉菌1组,食物组:虾、淡水鱼、花生、葱、芝麻、玉米。红细胞免疫测定25例:红细胞C3b受体花环率=11.48±4.27有非常显著差别;红细胞免疫复合体花环率=6.6±3.6,有显著差别;红细胞C3b受体花环促进率=116.44±28.10,有非常显著差别。红细胞C3b受体花环抑制率=40.64±11.48有显著差别。合并症:有颈淋巴结核,反复感冒,过敏性皮炎,荨麻疹,哮喘复发口腔溃疡、肠系膜淋巴结核。疗效:非常满意,用其他方法久治不愈的患者可以根治。结论疹与其他过敏性疾病一样,免疫功能恢复正常则不犯病,维持正常则一直不犯病。不少合并颈淋巴结核常漏诊。结核感染近一步降低机体免疫功能。必须加用抗结核治疗,免疫功能才能恢复好。湿疹红细胞免疫功能低下。中药有很多很好的免疫功能有学者预言:在21世纪,调节免疫功能的药物,将成为一类重要的药物而替代其他药物。我们的经验也证实了这一点。
