BiPAP呼吸机通气联合纳洛酮治疗老年COPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的临床分析

Clinical therapeutic effect of BiPAP NIPPV combined with naloxone on pulmonary age COPD complicating type Ⅱ respiratory failure

目的观察BiPAP联合纳洛酮治疗高龄COPD合并Ⅱ型呼衰的临床效果。方法将2007年12月～2009年7月我院收治的老年COPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭66例患者分为观察组33例和对照组33例,对两组治疗后的临床进行对比分析。结果观察组的总有效率为93.94%,对照组的总有效率为84.85%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 BiPAP联合纳洛酮治疗老年COPD并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭优于单用BiPAP,值得临床推广应用。

【Objective】To observed the clinical therapeutic effect of BiPAP NIPPV combined With naloxone on pulmonary age COPD complicating type Ⅱ respiratory failure.【Methods】66 cases were randomly divided into two groups.In which 33 cases Were treated with BiPAP NIPPV combined with naloxone as treatment group and the other 33 cases were only given BiPAP NIPPV therapy as control group Then clinical therapeutic effect were accessed and control analysised.【Results】treatment Group＇s total effectiveness is 93.94%.control group＇s total effectiveness is 84.85%.the difference has statistics significance（p0.05）.【Conclusion】BiPAP NIPPV combined with naloxone on pulmonary age COPD complicating type Ⅱ respiratory failure surpasses only treated with BiPAP NIPPV which is worth the clinical Promoted application.
