上颌后牙区种植过程中骨相关问题的研究

摘要 由于金属钛与骨组织具有良好的生物相容性,瑞典科学家BRANEMARK教授于20世纪中叶首次将钛材料应用于口腔种植系统中,使人工种植技术修复牙齿缺损成为可能。在口腔环境中,上颌后牙区由于上颌窦的存在、骨吸收、先天发育不足、上颌骨炎症、外伤、牙和牙槽骨粘连、骨质疏松以及上颌窦气化[1]等原因,
