Practice and reflection of constructing essential quality-oriented education platform for applied nursing talents

随着社会对人才需求模式的改变,素质教育成为高等职业学校教育改革的核心内容。为提高学生的社会适应能力和综合素质,构建素质和能力培养体系的综合性框架,主要是：构建优化的课程教学内容,建设宽口径的教学队伍,探索先进的教学模式,实施专业教学与人文素质教育的融合,营造浓厚的校园文化氛围等。结果学生的综合能力明显提高。

In order to improve nursing students＇ humanistic quality,we constructed an essential quality-oriented education platform to implement teaching reform such as optimizing teaching contents,building wide caliber of the teaching force,exploring advanced teaching model,integrating professional teaching with humanistic education,and developing campus culture.As a result,nursing students enhanced their comprehensive quality.
