2010年濮阳市城区、郊区幼儿园儿童蛲虫感染状况调查

Survey on Pinworm Infection among Children in Urban and Suburb Kindergartens of Puyang City,2010

[目的]了解濮阳市儿童蛲虫感染情况，为制定蛲虫病的防治措施提供科学依据。[方法]2010年5～6月，由濮阳市疾病预防控制中心采用透明胶纸肛周粘贴法，抽取城区8所、郊区6所幼儿园的2137名3～6岁常住儿童进行蛲虫感染状况调查。[结果]受检幼儿园儿童中，检出蛲虫虫卯者232人．平均感染率为lo．86％。蛲虫感染率，郊区儿童为17．35％，城区儿童为6．54％（P〈O．01）；男童为11．22％，女童为10．45％（P〉O．05）；3、4、5、6岁儿童分别为5．66％、7．85％、14．53％、15．59％（P〈O．01）。[结论]濮阳市城区与郊区幼儿园儿童蛲虫感染率处于全国平均水平。

[Objective] To learn the current situation of pinworm infection among children in Puyang,so as to provide scientific basis for the establishment of prevention measures.[Methods]In May to June,2010,2 137 resident children from 8 kindergardens in the urban and 6 in the suburb,whose ages range from 3 to 6 years old,were under a survey of pinworm infection,which was conducted by Puyang City Center for Disease Control and Prevention,using the method of adhesive tape.[Results]Among these surveyed children,232 of them turned out to be pinworm eggs positive and the average rate of pinworm infection was 10.86%.As for the rate of pinworm infection,that in the suburb was 17.35%,while that in the main urban areas was 6.54%（P0.01）.The percentages of boys and girls who were infected with pinworm were 11.22% and 10.45%（P0.05）respectively.Children who were 3,4,5 and 6 years old,respectively had the rate of infection as 5.66%,7.85%,14.53%,15.59%（P0.01）respectively.[Conclusion]The rate of pinworm infection among children in the suburb of Puyang is at the national average level.
