2009年固阳县健康人群麻疹血清抗体水平调查

Survey on IgG Antibody of Measles among Healthy People in Guyang County,2009

[目的]了解包头市健康人群麻疹抗体水平,为加速控制及消除麻疹制定对策提供科学依据。[方法]2009年,在包头市抽取固阳县部分健康人群进行血清麻疹IgG抗体水平调查。[结果]检测健康人群224人,麻疹抗体阳性的194人,阳性率为86.61%。麻疹抗体阳性率,〈1岁、1-2岁、3-4岁、5-6岁、7-9岁、10-14岁、≥15岁分别为68.42%、93.94%、100.00%、93.94%、93.33%、87.09%、71.88%;流动人口（59人）为76.27%,常住人口（165人）为90.30%（P〈0.01）。[结论]〈1岁、≥15岁和流动人口麻疹抗体水平较低。

[Objective] To study the antibody of measles among healthy people in Baotou city,so as to provide scientific basis for controlling and eradication of measles epidemic.[Methods]In 2009,the IgG antibody of measles among healthy people in Guyang county were sampled and investigated.[Results]224 blood samples of healthy people were taken and the measles IgG antibody was detected by ELISA.194 were positive in measles IgG antibody,and the positive rate was 86.61%.The positive rate of measles IgG antibody in less than 1 year,1 to 2 year,3 to 4 year,5 to 6 year,7 to 9 year,10 to 14 year and more than 15 year was 68.42%,93.94%,100.00%,93.94%,93.33%,87.09%,and 71.88%.The positive rate of measles IgG antibody in floating population（59） was 76.27%.The positive rate of measles IgG antibody in resident population（165） was 90.30%（P0.01）.[Conclusion]The level of antibody of measles in less than 1 year,more than 15 year and floating population is lower.
