周口市川汇区城区3～6月龄婴儿接种无细胞百白破三联疫苗不良反应观察

Observation on Adverse Reactions of Acellular Pertussis,Diphtheria and Tetanus Combined Vaccine(DTaP) among 3-6 Month-old Infants in Urban Chuanhui District,Zhoukou City

[目的]观察无细胞百白破三联疫苗（DTaP）免疫接种后不良反应发生情况。[方法]2010年4-5月,对周口市川汇区所辖城区接种门诊3-6月龄健康婴儿接种DTaP后的不良反应。[结果]接种DTaP儿童391名,合计接种1 039针次,发生不良反应的59例次,发生率为5.68%。不良反应发生率,基础免疫第1针、第2针、第3针分别为8.95%、5.56%、3.09%,加强免疫为2.99%（P〈0.01）;局部、全身反应分别为2.50%、3.18%,弱、中、强反应发生率分别为4.42%、1.07%、0.19%。[结论]DTaP安全可靠。

[Objective] To observe adverse reactions of acellular pertussis,diphtheria and tetanus combined vaccine（DTaP）.[Methods]Data were analyzed on adverse reaction collected among healthy infants 3-6 months old who accepted DTaP vaccination from different immunization units in Chuanhui district,from April to May,2010.[Results]Of 391 infants,1 039 doses of DTaP inoculated,391 cases had adverse reaction,accounting for 5.68%.The rate of adverse reaction following DTaP vaccination was 8.95%,5.56%,3.09%,2.99% after immunization with the first dose,the second dose,the third dose,a booster dose.The rate of adverse reaction was 2.50%,3.18% in the local reaction,total body reaction（P0.01）.The rate of adverse reaction was 4.42%,1.07%,and 0.19% in weak reaction,medium reaction,and strong reaction.[Conclusion]DTaP vaccine is safe and reliable.
