2008～2009年盐城市盐都区婚检女性生殖道感染情况分析

Analysis on Reproductive Tract Infections among Female Premaritals in Yandu District,Yancheng City,2008-2009

[目的]了解婚检女性生殖道感染情况,为制定防治措施提供科学依据。[方法]对2008年6月至2009年5月盐城市盐都区接受婚前医学检查的女性生殖道感染资料进行分析。[结果]检查1 308人,发现生殖道感染者314例,感染率为24.01%。314例生殖道感染者合计感染346例次,其中宫颈炎占68.79%,阴道炎占27.46%,盆腔炎性疾病占2.89%,梅毒占0.58%,尖锐湿疣占0.29%。生殖道感染率,初中及以下者为24.86%,高中及以上者为22.92%（P〉0.05）;服务及餐饮业者为31.11%,个体从业者为26.76%,农民、无业者为27.30%,工人为23.83%,机关事业单位人员、技术人员为15.59%（P〈0.05）;21~25岁为23.90%,26~30岁为21.88%,31~40岁为37.21%,41~61岁为2/2（P〉0.05）。[结论]婚检人群女性生殖道感染率较高。

[Objective] To understand the reproductive tract infections of female premaritals,so as to provide scientific basis for preventive measures.[Methods]From June 2008 to May 2009,data were analyzed on premarital medical examination of the female reproductive tract infections in Yandu district,Yancheng city.[Results]The infection rate among 1 308 was 24.01%（314 reproductive tract infection）.The total infections from 314 reproductive tract infection were 346 times,including the rate of cervicitis was 68.79%,the rate of vaginitis was 27.46%,the rate of pelvic inflammatory disease was 2.89%,the rate of syphilis was 0.58%,the rate of condyloma acuminata was 0.29%.Reproductive tract infection,junior high school or under accounted for 24.86%,high school and above accounted for 22.92%（P 0.05）;service and catering industry accounted for 31.11%,26.76% individual practitioners accounted for 26.76%,farmers,unemployed persons accounted for 27.30%,workers accounted for 23.83%,organizations and institutions,technical staff accounted for 15.59%（P0.05）;21 to 25 years old accounted for 23.90%,26 to 30 years old accounted for 21.88%,31 to 40 years old accounted for 37.21%,41 to 61 years old 2/2（P0.05）.[Conclusion]Female reproductive tract infection among premarital is high.
