园中最抢眼的墨迹,自然是洗砚池旁边的御碑亭。风流天子乾隆帝在此挥毫泼墨、笔走龙蛇的潇洒身影远去了,好在古碑依旧在,尽管历经数百年风霜雪雨、铭文已然漫漶,不易畅读。不过,在润物细无声的雨晨,在空气清新的竹丛边,面对古碑,有神韵和苍凉感足矣!
The shiniest calligraphy in the garden is of course Yubei Pavilion beside Xiyan Pond.Qianlong Emperor once left his calligraphy at here hundreds years ago,it is lucky to have ancient monument standing.Even though there were hundreds of years passed by,I still can feel the verve and desolation when I face the old monument.——Traveler Words
