摘要
目的了解佳木斯和大庆2市家蝇对3种杀虫剂的抗性动态,为科学合理使用杀虫剂,有效提高灭蝇效果提供科学依据。方法采用点滴法测定家蝇LD50。结果从1996-2010年,佳木斯市家蝇对溴氰菊酯和二氯苯醚菊酯的抗性分别由8.14倍和2.24倍上升至106.57倍和27.77倍,对敌敌畏的抗性由190.82倍下降至26.91倍;大庆市家蝇对溴氰菊酯和二氯苯醚菊酯的抗性分别由4.00倍和0.78倍上升至60.43倍和12.15倍,对敌敌畏的抗性由8.64倍下降至3.82倍。结论 2市家蝇对溴氰菊酯和二氯苯醚菊酯的抗性呈明显上升趋势,对敌敌畏的抗性呈下降趋势。
Objective To understand the resistance dynamics of 3 insecticides to Musca domestica in Jiamusi and Daqing,and provide scientific basis for intelligent use pesticides and improve the effect of fly control.Method Adopting drop method to detect the LD50 of M.domestica.Results From 1996 to 2010,in Jiamusi,the resistance ratios of deltamethrin and permethrin rose from 8.14 and 2.24 times to 106.57 and 27.77 times,respectively,the resistance ratios of dichlorvos declined form 190.82 to 26.912 times.In Daqing,the resistance ratios to deltamethrin and permethrin rose from 4.00 and 0.78 times to 60.43 and 12.15 times,respectively.The resistance ratios of dichlorvos declined form 8.64 down to 3.82 times.Conclusions The drug resistance of deltamethrin and permethrin significantly increased,but dichlorvos declined in the two cities.
