摘要
讨论了对电液伺服机构进行数字仿真的方法,并在简化的原则上建立了单擂电液伺服机构的数字模型,最后利用状态空间法对一实例进行数字仿真及结果分析。仿真结果表明, 参数系统开环增益、液压固有频率、动力系统阻屁系数都对系统的稳定性和动态性能产生了影响。
First we discuss the way of digital simulation on electrohydraulic servo mechanism, then build the mathematic model of electrohydraulic servo mechanism and finally analyse the result of digital simula-tion on an example with the statespace method. Through the result of simulation, we found that the stability and dynamic performance of the system are effected by parameter.
