摘要
在钢筋锈蚀速率基本预计模型的基础上,建立考虑时变效应的钢筋锈蚀速率预计模型,通过试验确定了模型中参数阳阴极反应的Tafel斜率βa和βc随混凝土孔隙水饱和度θs及锈蚀时间t的变化规律,并通过人工加速气候环境试验对模型进行了验证.结果表明:当混凝土孔隙水饱和度小于95%时,人工气候环境下,模型计算值和试验实测值的经时变化规律相同,数值接近,误差不超过10%.
Predicting the service life of a reinforced concrete structure requires a model for predicting steel reinforcement corrosion rates.A theoretical and quantitative analysis of the electrochemical corrosion process for steel rebar embedded within concrete is described.The time dependent corrosion rate was predicted by a model.Accelerated corrosion tests of rebar under an artificial environment were performed as a test of the model.The measured values agree with the prediction of the model when the pore saturation of the concrete is less than 95%.The difference between model estimates and observed corrosion rates is less than 10%.
