摘要
阐述了土压平衡盾构螺旋机的一种新型设计思路,提出了带导向柱油缸及双闸门系统的伸缩式螺旋机,提供了满足其推进要求所必需的参数,为盾构伸缩式螺旋机的实际应用提供了理论依据。
This paper describes the earth pressure balance shield screw machine using a new design idea,bring forward the extend-retract screw machine,and design its structural, and propose two-cylinder and with a guide column gate system innovative, which provides advance to meet the requirements of its the necessary parameters. It has provided essential theoretical basis for the telescopic screw conveyor of earth pressure balance for crystallizers practically.
