美国CSET初级教育技术能力考试的特点及其启示

摘要 研究美国加州教师教育能力考试项目中的初级教育技术能力考试有助于完善我国相关考试项目,如全国中小学教师教育技术水平考试和教师资格认证考试。其考核内容包括在教学环境中需要运用计算机的各种能力。考生要获得多学科或单一学科教师证书以及教育专家指导证书就必须通过该考试。其特点包括:考查内容综合全面,界定清晰明确;偏重教育技术的应用能力考核,兼顾教育技术的基础知识考核;简答题评分标准详尽规范,且提供正反两方面的范例,可操作性较强,便于阅卷教师参考。不足之处是采用了传统的纸笔考试而未采用机考。 The study of Preliminary Educational Technology Test of CSET in Americ, a is helpful for China to improve of the corresponding tests such as NTET and Examinations for Teacher Credentialing. Preliminary Educational Technology is the current approved examination that candidates have to pass for the certifications of Muhiple Subject and Single Subject Teaching Credentials and Education Specialist Instruction Credentials. Its merits are as follows: the domains are comprehensive and specific; the test items focus on practical ability of educational technology, meanwhile give consideration to basic knowledge of educational technology; scoring scale of the constructed-response questions is elaborate and it supplies good and poor examples of responses, which is operational. Its shortcoming is that it isn't computer -based test but paper-based test.
