Construction Technology of Slurry and Anchor Joint of the New Precast Concrete Shear Wall Structure

以全预制装配式混凝土结构项目———中南世纪城33号楼工程为例,阐述全预制装配整体式剪力墙结构浆锚节点施工技术及质量控制。重点介绍了图纸深化设计、构件加工、构件注浆管预埋、拼缝模板支设、注浆管内喷水湿润、搅拌注浆料、注浆管内孔灌浆、构件表面清理、注浆口管表面填实压光等。随后对浆锚节点进行随机剥离和拉拔试验,其管内注浆料密实;对钢筋进行拉拔试验,母材钢筋全部拉断,浆锚节点内未见松动,结果良好。

Taking Zhongnan Century City project for example, the construction technology and quality control of slurry and anchor joint in the new precast concrete shear wall structure are indicated. The deep design of drawings, components processing, grouting pipe embedding, formwork setting, water-jet and wetting in grouting pipe, grouting material mixing, inner hole grouting, apparent cleaning of components, apparent filling and calendering of grouting opening are introduced in detail. Furthermore, the random stripping and tensioning experiments for slurry and anchor joint were carried out, the results show that the grouting material is compacting. Meanwhile, the tensioning experiment was carried out for steel bars, the results show that the base material is broken, but it has no loosening in slurry and anchor joint.
