C60机制砂自密实清水混凝土在成都来福士广场的应用

Application of C60 Machine-made Sand Self-compacting and Fair-faced Concrete in Raffles City Chengdu

成都来福士广场项目部分柱、斜柱具有高密度配筋,内配工字型钢,封模后无法插入振捣,且设计要求采用混凝土清水饰面。这就要求使用的混凝土必须满足自密实混凝土高流动性、匀质性、稳定性的要求及清水混凝土表观装饰效果。结合工程需求,针对成都地区机制砂特点,进行了机制砂自密实清水混凝土试验研究,配制了兼具自密实性能与清水饰面效果、强度等级达到C60、性能良好的机制砂自密实清水混凝土,并成功进行了工程应用。

In Raffles City Chengdu （RCC）project, part of the columns and inclined columns have high density reinforcement with I section steel, so they can not be inserted vibration when the template is closed. Meanwhile, this project has requirement for fair-faced concrete, so it need to use the concrete with both self-compacting and fair-faced characteristics to satisfy the requirements of high fluidity, uniformity, stability and fair-faced apparent decoration effect. Combining with engineering practice, according to the characteristics of machine-made sand in Chengdu, the experiments for machine-made sand self-compacting and fair-faced concrete are carried out. The concrete whose decoration effect and strength meet requirement is manufactured, and it has been used in engineering successfully.
