摘要 主要研究在水压作用下大型混凝土试件的试验加载装置及水压测量装置。试验采用楔入式紧凑拉伸试件形式,在试件表面粘贴全桥应变片和安装夹式引伸计测定裂缝的起裂、扩展长度和裂缝开口位移;在侧面安装压力传感器,测定压力水在裂缝内的实时变化情况。试验中采用橡胶板、薄钢板和球角钢架3层密封装置,保证高水压下水不渗漏,试验过程完整进行。为了得到完整水压作用下试验曲线,采用两种加载方式去除附加约束影响,分别为恒定裂缝张开位移和恒定荷载。 It was carrird out to study load equipment and measuring system under water pressure with wedge-splitting on compact tension test. In this test, electric resistance strain gauges by full bridge circuit method were used to measure the crack propagation length. MTS clip extensometer was mounted in the groove to measure the value of the crack mouth opening displacement CMOD. In order to measure the hydrostatic pressure, silicon pressure transducers was used under three sealing layers including rubber, thin steel sheet and steel frame. Thus, the total test curve was given. During the process of loading and unloading of water pressure, two different loading modes were used, which are constant crack mouth opening displacement (CMOD)method and constant load P method.
