摘要
预应力空心板梁桥由于受力明确,构造简单,易于标准化预制生产及施工,是国内桥梁应用最为广泛的桥型之一。针对桥梁预应力空心板梁的施工难点,对芯模、侧模板固定、端头模板、预埋钢板、板底三角楔工艺进行了改进,拓展了芯模的固定和组合技术,改进了侧模板和端头模板的固定方法,改变了预埋钢板、板底三角楔的施工思路。结果表明:改进工艺可以减少材料损耗,节约材料成本,大幅提高构件的外观质量。
Because of clear stress and simple structure of prestressed hollow slab beam bridge, it is easy for standard prefabricated production and construction, and it is one of the most widely used bridges in domestic. According to the construction difficulties of prestressed hollow slab beam, the technologies of core formwork, side formwork fixing, ending formwork, embedded steel plate and bottom triangle wedge are improved. The fixing and combination technology of core formwork is expanded, the fixing methods for side formwork and ending formwork are advanced, as well as that the construction idea for embedded steel plate and bottom triangle wedge is changed. The results show that the advanced technologies can reduce material consumption, save material cost and improve appearance quality of the component.
