摘要
领导文化是领导活动的灵魂,具有科学性与信仰性相统一的导向作用、激励性与制约性相统一的规范作用、感召性和内化性相统一的教化作用、变革性与适应性相统一的调适作用。加强领导文化建设,必须增强领导信仰的坚定性、提高领导理念的真理性、坚持领导道德的公正性、凝炼领导精神的坚韧性、注重领导价值的人民性,从而不断提高领导者素质能力,提升领导力。
Leadership culture is the soul of leadership activities,having the guiding function unifying scientific nature with belief,the normalizing function unifying stimulation with restriction,the moralizing function unifying appeal with internalization,and the adjusting function unifying changes with adaptation.To strengthen the construction of leadership culture,we must enhance the firmness of leadership belief,improve the trueness of leadership ideas,persist in the fairness of leadership morality,condense the tenacity of leadership spirit,emphasize the people orientation of leadership value,and keep on improving the qualities and capabilities of leaders.
