双齿辊破碎机是我公司的重点产品,其带齿破碎板的加工我公司一直是利用镗床来完成的。现在改用通过胎具在双柱铣上来完成加工。这种加工方法是将胎具固定在床面上,胎具可同时装卡2件齿板,且装卡特别简单,找正方便,这样既降低了成本,又提高了效率。

The fabrication of the double tooth roller crusher is one of our company's important projects,traditionally,the machining of the teeth plate is achieved on boring miller,so it will cost much relatively,this paper gives a solution for machining it on a twin-column miller,by using special designed work fixtures,fix two workpieces on the operation platform each time in the way that simple clamping and easy aligning,so it certainly improves the working efficiency and reduces the cost
