电石灰改良盐渍土路基施工技术参数试验

为确定8%电石灰改良盐渍土路基施工技术参数,开展了现场铺筑试验研究。压实机械分别为16T和18T振动压路机,试验的碾压方式分别为从弱振到强振和从强振到弱振两种,试验松铺厚度分别为15cm、20cm、25cm、30cm、35cm、40cm、45cm。试验结果表明,最佳碾压方式为从弱振到强振,最佳碾压遍数为6遍,最后1遍为静压,16T压路机的最佳松铺厚度为30cm,18T压路机的最佳松铺厚度为35cm。

To obtain the operation parameters of the improving soil of the calium carbide dust,the field experiment is executed.The Vibratory Rollers with 16T and 18T are chosen,and the both compaction patterns（from weak to strong flap and from strong to weak flap） are specified.And the loose laying depth of mixed soil is set to 20,25,30,35,40 and 45cm,respectively.The tests results show that the compaction from weak to strong flap is better,and the number of rolling is 6 including one static compaction.The best slackly layer thickness is 30cm for the roller of 16T and 35cm for the roller of 18T.
