叶面喷施多效唑(MET)对大麦生长发育效应的研究

Studies on Efficincy of Spraying Barley Leaf with MET(Mutipe effecttrazzole)

研究了不同时期叶面喷施不同剂量的多效唑对大麦生长发育的效应． 结果表明， 多效唑有矮化植株， 促进根系和分蘖的发生与生长； 提高叶片叶绿素含量、延长叶片寿命， 增加干物质积累， 提高经济产量等显著效果． 以麦株茎基部节间未伸长时， 每公顷喷施１－２ ｋｇ 多效唑的组合（ 即Ａ１Ｂ２） 为最佳， 对大麦植株的生长发育起到适时适量经济有效的调控效果．

The efficincy of spraying barley with MET to development in difference times and doses is studied, the result showed that MET is bring about shorting stem,occurrence and development of root axis, advance in tillering ability, increase of leaf green content, increase of dry matter content, improvement in economic output and so on Spraying barley leaf with MET by 1 2 kg/hm 2 is optimum allocation,before the internodal lengthening of stem base part, it act regulation to barley development
