水稻新资源籼型两用核不育系绵9S的选育

Selection of the dual-purpose genic male sterile line Mian 9S,A New germplasm of indica rice

绵9S是绵阳市农科所杂交选育的新资源实用型两用核不育系。它具有不育起点温度低(23℃以下)、光敏温度范围较宽(27℃以下)、不育期长 (在四川绵阳为55天以上)、配组组合优势强等特点。经西南农业大学人工气候箱鉴定,23℃/14.5小时的低温日和28℃的高温短日处理,花粉败育度和套袋自交不育率均达100% ;在绵阳、峨嵋山的万年寺、宜宾、内江等地分期播种, 7月中下旬始穗基本处于无花粉型, 9月20日左右开始转可育; 在海南省陵水县短光照下, 9月下旬至次年3月均可育, 结实率60% 左右。

Mian 9S,a dual purpose genic male sterile line,is a new germlasm of indica rice developed by Mianyang inst.Agri which has low sterile critical temperature(<23℃),wide temperature span for photosensitivity(<27℃),long period of sterility(over 55 days in Mianyang),and high combining ability .Identified results in artificial climate chamber at the Southwest Agricultural University showed that its abortive pollen rate reached to 100% under the conditions of 23℃/14 5 hour light and 28℃/12 hour light The results of experiments at different locations and sowing dates showed that the heads in July had no pollens,a little typical abortive pollens appeared in the first decade of Sep and the fertility were restored after the 20th of Sep.in Mianyang, Wannian Temple of Emei, Yibing and Neijang.In Linshui,Hainan province(short light condition),the plant are fertile from the last decade of Oct.to March next year with 60% of seed setting
