不同浓度漂白粉澄清液浸消桑叶对家蚕健康性及经济性状的影响

Impact of disinfected mulberry leaves with different concentrations of bleaching solution on the health and economic characters of silkworm

用0.2% 、0.3% 、0.4% 和0.5% 有效氯漂白粉澄清液全龄浸消桑叶、清水浸桑叶及未处理桑叶分别饲蚕, 比较浸消桑叶对家蚕健康性及经济性状的影响。结果表明: ①各种桑叶区、蚕发育经过基本一致; ②0.2% ～0.5% 有效氯漂白粉澄清液浸消区能显著降低蚕病的发生, 对蚕的健康性无不良影响; ③浸消区对家蚕丝质无不良影响;④产卵成绩以清水浸叶区较好,有效氯0.5% 的漂白粉澄清液浸叶对产卵成绩有一定影响。

Mulberry leaves disinfected with bleaching solution containing 0 2%,0 3%,0 4% and 0 5% of available chlorine were used to feed silkworm during the period of all instar,The inpacts on health and economic characters of silkworm were compared.The results showed that:①Developmental durations of silkworms were almost same for every mulberry leaf treatment;②The treatments with bleaching solution containing 0 2%～0 5% of available chlorine could greatly cut down the occurence of silkworm disease and had no side effects on silkworm health;③The disinfectant treatments had no side impacts on silk quality;④Egg laying quota for the clean water treatment were better and the leaves disinfected with bleaching solution containing solution 0 5% of available chlorine had a given effect on the egg laying index.
