摘要
应用P-V技术研究了元宝枫1 年生幼苗在不同程度干旱胁迫下,有关水分参数的变化和7年生幼树在自然状态下有关水分参数的季节变化。结果表明,随干旱程度加深和时间延长,元宝枫幼苗ψw 、ψ100π 、ψ0、Mrπp 、Mrοπp 显著降低,束缚水相对含量明显增加,表明元宝枫具有很强的渗透调节能力和低水势的耐旱特征。特别是受旱时ψw 的大幅度降低和AWC的明显增加,大大增强了元宝枫的吸水和抗脱水能力。研究还表明,在自然条件下元宝枫幼树上述水分参数随季节和生长节律以及环境条件的变化发生有规律的变化。
Changes of water parameters of one year old maple seedlings cultured under different regimes of drought stress and seasonal changes of water parameters of seven years old trees under natural environment were studied by using P V technique(pressure volume analysis). The results showed that with the lengthening and deepening of drought stress, ψ w,ψ 0,ψ 100 π,M rοπp 、M rπp of one year old seedlings reduced obviously, and m a however, increased, indicating that the maple has capabilities of osmotic adjustment and characteristics of drought tolerance at low water potential. Especially ψ w reduced remarkably and m a increased obviously under drought condition, which greatly increased the capability of water absorption and anti dehydration of the maple. Under natural condition, the ware parameters changed in respond to the changes of seasons, growth and development stages and environmental conditions.
