摘要
从杜仲叶提取的多糖,用分光光度法经苯酚—硫酸显色,在波长480nm 处测定的含量为11.42% ;红外光谱证实多糖糖苷键为β-构型,不含羧基;紫外光谱显示不含核酸、多肽和蛋白质。
The content of polysaccharides extracted from the leaves of Eucommia ulmoides was determined at 480nm to be 11.42% by spectrophotometry using a phenol concentrated sulfuric acid as the color developer IR spectrum showed the glycosidation linkage of β configuration and absence of carboxylic acid at 884 and 1 700cm -1 ,respectively, and UV spectrum indicated that no nucleic acid and protein existed in the polysaccharides.
