多孔生物陶瓷支架的制备与研究

摘要 以羟基磷灰石和磷酸三钙(HA/TCP)的混合物作为原料,制作有规则多孔的大管支架的方法,以及支架用聚氨酯(PU)涂层,可增加支架受压强度。 In this study,a porous hydroxyapatite/tricalcium phosphate (HA/TCP) macro-tubes scaffold was fabricated,so that the PU (Polyurethane) can be coated onto the scaffold in order to increase the compressive strength.
