摘要
以西安地区为例,选取连续无雨日数、降水距平百分比、标准化降水指数和相对湿润度指数4个干旱指标进行了干旱单指标评估研究,针对单指标评估的局限性,引进了TOPSIS客观赋权法构建了一个干旱综合指数,将单指标评估结果加权,并结合遗传算法求取权重进行干旱综合评估。结果表明,综合评估结果与实际干旱状况基本一致,具有一定的可信度。
Taking the Xi'an city for an example, this paper selects four drought indicators, including the number of consecutive days without rain, precipitation anomaly percentage, standardized precipitation index and relative moisture index, to make a research on drought assessment of single index. In order to overcome the limitations of assessment of single index, a comprehensive index is established to carry out a comprehensive drought assessment by combining with TOPSIS objective weighting method and genetic algorithm to determine the weight of each index. The results show that the conclusion of comprehensive assessment is consistent with the actual drought conditions, which has certain reliability.
