宁夏引黄提水灌区水价测算方法

Computation Method of Water Price for Irrigation Region in Ningxia Pumping Yellow River Water

为有效提高提水灌区水资源利用效率,基于水价计算及水费收取问题,以宁夏引黄灌区为例,依据《水利工程供水价格管理办法》,采用完全成本定价法评价了水资源价值,并测算了宁夏某灌区水价,为灌区水价管理提供了依据。

To improve utilization efficiency of water resources in pumping irrigation region, based on the water price calculation and collection water fee, taking the Ningxia pumping Yellow River irrigation region for an example, full cost pricing method is adopted to evaluate the value of water resources on the basis of management measures on supply price of water conservancy proieet. Then the water price of irrigation in Ningxia is estimated. Thus, it provides basis for management of water price in irrigation region.
