摘要
在分析农业高新技术与农业现代化关系的基础上,系统地论述了中国农业现代化建设中高新技术体系的选择与构建原则,农业高新技术体系优先发展的领域,提出了基于高新技术体系的农业现代化建设思路与对策。
In this paper,relationship of agricultural high technology and agricultural modernization ,the principle of how to opt and construct the technology system,the emphasis field of the development of high and new technology in agricultural modernization in China were discussed in detail.The idea and the countermeasure of how to develop the agricultural modernization based on new and high technology was proposed.
