摘要
目的:观察眼针对脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠血清脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)含量的影响,探讨眼针对急性脑缺血再灌注损伤治疗的作用机制。方法:应用线栓法复制脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠模型,采用眼针治疗,于再灌注后3、247、2 h进行神经功能缺损评分,采用ELISA方法测定大鼠血清BDNF含量的变化。结果:与模型组比较,眼针组大鼠神经功能缺损评分明显下降,大鼠血清BDNF含量增加(P<0.05)。结论:眼针具有明显改善大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的作用,其机制与提高机体血清BDNF含量有关。
Objective : To investigate the effect of the eye acupuncture therapy on serum BDNF levels in rats with cerebral isehemia - reperfusion injury and the related mechanism. Methods: To establish the rat model of cerebral ischemia - reperfusion by suture method. The method of ELISA was taken to detect the change of the BDNF levels in rat serum after the eye acupuncture therapy. Results: Compared with the model group, the neurologic impairment score of the eye - acupuncture group decreased obviously; The levels of the BDNF in rat serum after the eye acupuncture therapy was strongly increased( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion : The eye acupuncture therapy can reduce cerebral ischemia - reperfusion injury evidently by increasing the levels of the serum cerebral isehemia- reperfusion in jury. evidently by increasing the levels of the serum BDNF.
