摘要
本试验主要从液体培养基的种类、培养温度、培养方式、培养天数、接种量和培养基的pH值及碳源等几个方面入手研究了大豆灰斑病菌最佳的产毒条件。利用大豆胚根伸长抑制率和单复叶萎蔫指数来测定毒素的产量。实验结果得出该菌的最佳产毒条件是利用Czapek 培养基,以蔗糖作为碳源,糖含量为3% ,将培养基的pH调到6- 7,接种三块直径为6m m 的新鲜菌丝块,于25- 28℃下静止培养25- 27 天。
The conditions of producing toxin from Cercospora sojina Hara were systematically studies on following apsects:kind of liquid culture medium,culture temperture,culture time,incubation mode,inoculation quantity and pH value of culture medium. The inhibition of soybean radicle growth and wilting index of single compound leaf of soybean were used to test the injury results of foxicity. The experimental results showed that the optimun conditions of producing toxin from Cercospora sojina Hara were Czapek's liquid medium,the pH value 6 to 7,three pieces (φ=6mm) mycelia,25-28℃,static incubation,25-27 days under dark and 3% sucrose as C soure respectivelly.
