摘要
阐述云南省占用征用林地管理的现状,分析占用征用林地管理工作中存在的问题,提出加强宣传教育、加大执法力度、健全管理体制、改革占用征用林地定额指标管理体系等措施。
The paper described the status about expropriation and occupation of forestland in Yunnan province,and analyzed the problems in management of expropriation and occupation of forestland.Then the countermeasures on how to strengthen publicity and education,law enforcement,improve management system,reform measures such as index management of forestland expropriation and occupation were put forward.
