中华绒螯蟹放养期仔蟹Ⅰ型疱疹病毒的电镜观察

Electron Micro scope Observation of I type Herpes Virus On Eriocheir sinensis during Cultivative Period

在营口市老边区采集的中华绒螯蟹仔蟹大量死亡两份样品的组织切片中， 发现Ⅰ型疱疹病毒， 其截面直径为０－４～１－３μｍ ， 具４ 层结构， 此病毒可能造成仔蟹大量死亡的原因。本文报道了电镜对此病毒的观察结果。

I type visus were observed in tissue sections of two samples from a lot of dead Eriocheir sinensis of Laobian district of Yingkou. The diameter of cross plane is 0.4～1.3μm,it has four layer structure. The virus perhaps is the reason for mass death. This article reports the observation result of the virus.
