敖汉苜蓿授粉受精及胚胎发育过程的研究(英文) 被引量:9

摘要 对敖汉苜蓿的授粉受精、花粉萌发以及胚胎发育过程进行了研究。结果表明,敖汉苜蓿在人工授粉10min 后花粉粒的内壁穿过外壁的萌发孔向外突出,20min 时形成花粉管,1h 后花粉管触及柱头,而后沿花柱道伸长。24 ~27h 到达子房开始受精;经过受精作用胚细胞开始分裂分化,到第22d 便形成了具有胚根、胚轴、胚芽和子叶的完整胚。胚的整个形成过程可分为三个阶段:球状胚形成期、子叶形成期、胚各部分发育成熟期。 Pollination, fertilization and embryo development of Medicago sativa L. cv. ‘Aohan’ were observed. The result showed that internal wall of pollen passes through the germination aperture in the external wall and protruded in 10 minutes of artificial pollination. After 20 minutes a pollen tube forms. An hour later the pollen tube touches the stigma, then the pollen tube stretches along the passage of style, reaches to ovary in 24 to 27 hours. Embryo cell begins to split and divide, entire embryo with radical, plumular axis, plumule and cotyledon forms in 22 days. The whole forming process of embryo may be divided into three stages: globular embryo stage, cotyledon stage, and development of all parts of embryo.
