高效液相色谱法测定镇脑平肝丸中天麻素的含量

Determination of gastrodin in Zhennaopingganwan by HPLC

目的测定医院制剂镇脑平肝丸中的天麻素含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),Diamonsil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm5,μm);流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(3∶97);检测波长220 nm;柱温30℃,流速1.0mL/min.结果天麻素进样量线性范围0.005 0～0.027 0 mg/mL(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为101.8%,相对标准差(RSD)为2.2%.结论 HPLC法操作简便,结果准确,可以作为控制镇脑平肝丸质量的检测方法。

Objective To determine the content of gastrodin in Zhennaopinggan Pill.Methods HPLC method was used with Diamonsil Cl8 columm（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）.The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile -0.1 % H3PO4（3：97）.The detection wavelength was set at 220 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.Results A good linear relationship existed in the range of 0.0050～0.0270 mg/mL of gastrodin（r=0.999 9）.The average recovery was 101.8% with RSD of 2.2%.Conclusion This method is simple,quick,accurate and can be used to control the quality of Zhennaopinggan Pill.
