Objective To Improve the nursing management of risk prevention and effective care to avoid risks and reduce the incidence of nursing risk for patients to provide a safe, orderly quality care. Methods Draw up a plan of nursing risk management, explicit the nursing duty of risk management, strengthen nursing nursing business quality construction, standardize the key process of nursing management, adjust the nursing work and the reletive departments＇work,establish multi-paths nursing quality supervises and controls systems, training the consciousness and ability, keep on quality improvement. Results The inpatient satisfaction rate was above 98%, and the nursing amiss occurrence rate descends to 0.05%.Conclusion Carrying out the valid nursing risk manages, played the important role of reducing the safety problem and nursing dispute.
